ABOUT SASHI 

 

Sashi Bala is an established real estate agent with 7 years of industry experience. She started her real estate career as Residential Sales consultant and later on worked as rental and property manager in Melbourne South Eastern region. She is well versed with the market dynamics, understands the needs of vendors, buyers, property owners and renters. She is a licensed and certified REIV estate agent with deep understanding of the real estate regulations and the obligations which comes with this role.

Sashi has been working under the Professionals Real Estate for several years and upon obtaining her Real Estate Victoria license in 2015.  Driven by passion and desire to operate her own real estate agency, Sashi established Infinity Gates Realty Pty Ltd and is the Director and Officer In Effective Control  of this company. Sashi believes in the power of networking with clients and investors, both local and overseas. This has led to many opportunities in the past and will continue into future.

 

Sashi’s unrivalled dedication and outright approach has placed her at the forefront to deliver exceptional value-added service to her clients. Sashi exudes an air of professionalism and confidence, ensuring that her clients’ transactions always proceed smoothly. She has been able to transform any challenges into positive outcome and always believes in the philosophy that no opportunity is too small.

 

Sashi read law at the University of London and was awarded Bachelor of Law degree from the university. With her legal background, Sashi ventured into her own company, Megatrend Consultancy from 2005 -2010 in Kuala Lumpur. A consulting company working with high profile clients, soliciting property for the client with capital returns, risk management and complying the local legislature and the prior contract with purchase and conveyance.

 

Sashi has been actively involved in the Rotary Club District 3300 in Malaysia, having served as the President. She is a compassionate person wanting to serve the less fortunate. Her strong desire to help the needy, has led to her involvement in projects to eradicate poverty and illiteracy in children. She has received numerous awards such PHF from Rotary International and PPT from Malaysian Perak State royal household for meritorious service over the years. She is always ready to give a helping hand or a timely word of advice.
